Nite at the Puppet Asylum seeks artist, musicians, performers and yes, puppeteers to participate in EINSTEIN’S BRAIN vs. AI – A mind bending evening of music and puppetry for a mature audience.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Please send an email of introduction with a brief description of your piece. Specify LIVE and/or VIDEO Performance, the title and the style of puppetry used.
2. Provide the names of performers and any technical stage requirements you have for a live performance.

We are accepting proposals for 3-minute or less puppetry slam pieces for LOVER’S Nite at the Puppet Asylum – A Virtual Puppet Slam to be streamed on Sunday, February 12th, 2023 at 4 PM PST and 7 PM EST

Nite at the Puppet Asylum seeks puppetry acts of 3 minutes or less for LOVER’S Nite at the Puppet Asylum Slam. We are encouraging artists, musicians, storytellers, performers, and yes, puppeteers to submit a 3-minute or less puppet-ity piece relevant to our LOVER’S Nite Theme. Please include a description and video of your piece’s relevance to the slam theme of LOVE or other relatable themes.

All experience levels are welcome! (Participant stipends are available)

OPEN CALL: Mind Over Matter / Adult Puppetry Slam 

Deadline for Submissions: July 21^st, 2021

Nite at the Puppet Asylum is seeking adult puppetry performers to participate in Mind Over Matter – an Adult Puppetry Slam streaming online August 21st at 4pm (PST).

We encourage artists, musicians, videographers, performers, students, and yes, puppeteers to submit a 5 minute or less puppetry piece to be perform either live/zoom or pre-recorded for Mind Over Matterpuppetry slam on August 21^st, 2021.

The nature of your submissions can range from comical & ridiculous to evocative or passionate. All puppet styles are welcomed!

How to Apply
